This project involved designing a custom ERP system for a growing fintech company that needed to unify its internal operations across all departments. The goal was to streamline business processes, increase visibility across departments, and build a reliable internal tool that could support scale. The platform was to serve as the company’s operational backbone - helping teams move faster, reduce manual errors, and access real-time insights.

Challenge

The fintech company had grown rapidly and was relying on scattered tools, including spreadsheets, email, and WhatsApp, to manage critical operational workflows. These processes were leading to delays, loss, duplication, and limited visibility across teams. The company needed a centralized system that could ensure accountability in daily operations.

Research & Planning

I began with discovery sessions, working with team leads across departments to understand their pain points and current workflow breakdowns. I mapped out how data moved between departments and created a system flow to align each role with the tasks they needed to perform.

Design & Prototyping

In the design phase, I built mid-fidelity wireframes to align on structure before moving into UI. The visual direction focused on clarity, control, and easy scalability — dashboards that showed what mattered at a glance, buttons that guided action, and forms that were clean and minimal.

Development & Implementation

The final interface was structured around roles and access, allowing various departments to each operate independently, yet within the same platform.

Solution

The final ERP platform is a web-based tool tailored to the fintech’s internal structure. The UI balances detail and simplicity, with thoughtful use of spacing, icons, and card layouts to guide the user through everyday tasks.
