Project description
Fragvest is a digital real estate platform that makes property co-ownership accessible to everyday people. My role involved leading the UI/UX design across all its digital products - from the marketing website to the web app and mobile experience - ensuring every touchpoint reflected the brand’s mission to simplify real estate ownership.
As Fragvest grew, the team needed a cohesive digital experience that could clearly communicate value to users, drive conversions, and scale with the product. They were building across multiple surfaces - a web platform for co-ownership management, a mobile app for customers, and a marketing site to onboard new users. The challenge was to create a seamless, human-centered experience that built trust while guiding users through an unfamiliar investment model.
The final design system brought unity across Fragvest’s digital ecosystem. The app and platform now offer users a guided experience to explore properties, track ownership, and manage payments, while the website introduces the product in a clear, engaging way. The overall design combines visual simplicity with structured logic, making the product feel both trustworthy and easy to use.
The design updates played a key role in helping Fragvest attract new users, improve sign-up conversion, and increase engagement on the app. By simplifying the user experience and making the brand feel more approachable, the platform saw a rise in investor confidence and user satisfaction. Internally, the design system also helped the product team iterate faster and stay consistent across features as the platform grew.

Research & Planning
Conducted market research to identify opportunities for the new build, existing challenges and user preferences. Defined target audience segments and outlined key features based on user needs and market trends.

Collaborated constantly with the Fragvest marketing, engineering and customer facing team to design and create intuitive user interfaces and interactive prototypes. Iteratively refined designs based on team and user feedback to enhance usability and visual appeal.

Leveraged agile development methodologies to build the scheduling app from the ground up. Prioritized feature development based on user feedback and technical feasibility. Implemented AI algorithms to analyze user behavior and optimize scheduling recommendations.
